Keystone Bioanalytical features advanced instrumentation to analyze and quantify single and multi-source drug samples. Our laboratory includes a range of AB Sciex and other analytical instrumentation including LC-MS, LC-MS-MS (AB Sciex) and HPLC-UV. Each instrument is controlled by integrated software to ensure high-end computerized sample analysis, documentation and security.

The LUMINEX MAGPIX® multiplexing system offers benefits over traditional singleplex quantitation methods including:

  • Higher throughput: a large number of different bioassays can be performed and analyzed simultaneously in a single sample
  • Increased flexibility: single or multiplexing capability can be adapted to your specific needs
  • Reduced sample volume: 50 μl per sample is typical

Accuracy and Reproducibility: the technology generates accurate quantification and allows assay standardization.

 

Availability: assays for numerous analytes are off-the-shelf incuding cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, phosphorylated signal transduction proteins, etc.  And, custom assays can be developed for your analyte.

LUMINEX MAGPIX® multiplexing system

Precellys® 24 Lysis & Homogenization

Keystone Bioanalytical specializes in the analysis of tissue samples for drugs and biomarkers. Our automated tissue homogenization provides optimal accuracy and precision for tissue extractions together with rapid sample processing. Keystone Bioanalytical utilizes the Precellys®24 for grinding, lysis, and homogenization of biological samples prior to DNA, RNA, and proteins extractions. Keystone Bioanalytical utilizes this precision unit for standard sample preparation. 

 

Adjustable speed and beads for:

  • Dry grinding
  • Micronisation
  • Homogenization from fresh or snap-frozen tissues
  • Lysis of micro-orgnaisms
  • Dissociation of living bacteria

 

Keystone Bioanalytical can adapt protocols and consumables from soft to hard tissues (micro-organisms, animal or vegetal tissues). This unit has one of the highest speed motion available, and it allows the grinding of challenging tissues like bones, hair, cartilague, skin etc.
